South side of Briarfield Road from Marshall to ChestnutInstallation of a 5' sidewalk along Briarfield Road from Marshall to Chestnut.To improve and install access throughout the City to create a more sustainable and safe pedestrian atmosphere. To bring existing pedestrian access up to required federal standards. This increases pedestrian, multi-use, and disabled accessibility.
