Warwick Landing Channel Improvements

Project Description
The stream behind the properties from 301 to 307 Warwick Landing Parkway is severely eroding. The channel needs to be stabilized through either a bank stabilization or a stream restoration. The project will improve stormwater runoff flow and area flood control and will increase aesthetics and reduce undesirable animal life. The City will be able to take credit for pollutant reduction (sediment, nitrogen, phosphorus) to the James River/Chesapeake Bay.
