Colberts Lane Drainage Improvements

Project Description
The current ditches along Colberts Lane drain to the cul-de-sac at the end of the road. Currently the curb and gutter system on the cul-de-sac is higher than the ditch inverts, so the ditches do not drain. An adequate outfall will be designed and constructed for the drainage along Colberts Lane.

Comments

Reviewing the 100% plans to ensure all comments have been addressed and also preparing the bid document. However, we have not received an updated OPCC from Arcadis. They are working to reflect the current market. Preparing the bid document for Bryan and Kathie review next week. 5/1 - Sent the plans and the bid package to Bryan and Kathie to review. Bryan approved the plans and had some minor comments on the bid document. Pending from Kathie to review the plans and the bis package. 5/8 - All minor comments for the plan from Bryan and Kathie have been addressed and corrected. The plan is currently on Craig's desk for review and signature. 05/08/2026
