CNI Ivy Avenue Road Reconstruction

Project Description
Rebuild Ivy Avenue from 20th Street to Nelms Avenue. Improvements to include undergrounding of existing overhead utilities, new sidewalks, new curb and gutter, and rebuilding the asphalt pavement section.
