Project Description
Project will install sidewalk on both sides of Jefferson Avenue.  Pedestrian pushbuttons, pedestrian signal displays, amenities for HRT bus stops, and a closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera at the Jefferson Avenue and Shields Road intersection will be installed as part of the project.
