UPC #111035 Traffic Signal Installation: Jefferson Avenue at Pavilion Place

Project Description
Project will install a mast arm traffic signal at the Jefferson Avenue and Pavilion Place intersection.  Pedestrian pushbuttons, pedestrian signal displays, emergency vehicle preemption equipment, and video detection will be installed as part of the traffic signal.
