UPC #108794 Warwick Blvd and Harpersville Rd Intersection Improvements

Project Description
Convert existing span wire to a mast arm traffic signal at the intersection of Warwick Blvd and Harpersville Rd. The project will also include pedestrian countdown displays with push buttons, emergency vehicle preemption equipment, and a left turn lane.A complete modern traffic signal adds to the safety of the citizens by reducing crash potential as well as lowered maintenance costs.  The mast arm signal also adds to the aesthetic appeal of the City which can increase property values and increase business owner confidence while reducing congestion through more efficient traffic flow.
