Project Description
Location:  River Road from Raleigh Road to Randolph Road / Burns Avenue.Scope:  The Raleigh Road and River Road Drainage Improvements includes study, analysis and improvements of the existing drainage system. The project includes surveying and analyzing of the existing drainage system to determine its deficiencies and propose plans for enhancing and improving the system. The project goals are to increase the capacity of the existing system to a level that it can handle the area’s runoff volume during the major storm events.Performance/Outcome:  Project benefits are reduction in risk of flooding and damages to few properties along Raleigh Road; and enhance the capacity of the existing drainage system.
