Location: Oak Ave between 18th St and 16th St.  Project: Replace the deteriorating sanitary sewer trunk main and abandon existing sidewalk sewers, along Oak Ave. NOTE: THE DESIGN PORTION OF 20TH ST SANITARY SEWER PROJECT IS COMBINED UNDER THE PURCHASE ORDER FOR OAK AVE SANITARY SEWER PROJECT. Performance/Outcome: Reduces infiltration/intrusion in sanitary sewers and reduces O & M cost; improves water quality
