Project Description
Location: J. Clyde Morris Blvd (NBL) Bridge over CSX Railway - Structure No. 1833.  Located between Riverside Regional Medical Center and the Virginia Living Museum. Project: Repair and replace bearing seat pad and bearing pad and repair various concrete spalls. Performance/Outcome: Preventative maintenance to help alleviate future structural problems, minimize the financial cost, avoid possible safety concerns and extended traffic control problems for the citizens.
