This is a federally funded Smart Scale project to design and construct a third through westbound lane on Oyster Point Road from Warwick Boulevard to Arboretum Way, as well as a through eastbound lane between Nettles Lane and Arboretum Way, associated pedestrian accommodations and signal timing improvements.
