Project Description
1. Widen J. Clyde Morris Blvd from 2 to 3 lanes for 1,800' from Diligence Drive to 350 ft south of Louise Drive by re-striping existing unused pavement. 2. Extend the EB I-64 on-ramp second lane on NB J Clyde Morris Blvd to Diligence Drive 3. Convert the existing NB right turn lane at J Clyde Morris Blvd / Diligence Drive to a thru / right turn lane. 4. Modify the Signal at J Clyde Morris Blvd / Diligence Drive to accommodate the converted thru / right turn lane by relocating the pole and mast arm. 5. Reconstruct 550 ft of sidewalk on NB J Clyde Morris Blvd from Diligence Dr.
