Project Description
Provide Bridge, Culvert, and Pier inspections and reporting required by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). Inspections and reporting will be in accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) requirements.
