Project Description
A condition assessment performed 12 years ago, as part of the SSES studies in 2010, noted that the wet well liner at PS077 had worn away, and noted deterioration in the concrete including shallow pitting and exposed aggregate. Recommendations at that time included repairing the wet well concrete and applying a new liner. This work has not been done, and the deterioration has continued to worsen. PS077 is topped with a flat concrete slab roof built in 1972. As the flat roofs at pump stations reach the end of their useful lives, the City is replacing them with more aesthetically pleasing hip roofs in conjunction with other repair work at the pump stations. Location: 100 Central Pkwy
