Project Description
Pump Station 044, the City's largest pump station, has experienced ongoing resident complaints regarding odor. The pump station also experiences unusually aggressive corrosion, that has damaged the electrical and HVAC systems, caused failure of the sluice gate, damaged pump stands and piping, and caused deterioration of the wet well lining. This project will perform a condition assessment, identify causes and recommend solutions for the existing odor and corrosion issues, and develop a plan to repair, rehabilitate, and/or replace damaged surfaces and equipment. Location: 12824 Jefferson Avenue
