23rd Street Pier Structural Condition

Project Description
The project scope includes a condition survey of the 23rd Street Pier.  The 23rd Street Pier is leased to MARAD. The condition survey will include a field investigation of the pier underwater inspection. It is located along the James River adjacent to Victory Landing Park in Newport News, VA.

Comments

Leasee is no longer leasing the pier. Development has no plans to invest in repairing or replacing the pier at this time. Project will be parked for an indeterminite length of time. 06/10/2025
