UPC #121114 Jefferson Ave SGR Resurfacing and Concrete Repairs Harpersville Road to Hemlock Road

Project Description
The project proposes 2" mill and overlay for southbound Jefferson Ave between Harpersville Rd and Hemlock Rd, and northbound Jefferson Ave between Lyliston Ln and Harpersville Rd , along with the associated concrete repairs and handicap ramps upgrades to meet current ADA federal and VDOT standards and guidelines. The project corridor extends for approximately 1 mile and once completed will increase traffic fluidity, and pedestrian safety and accessibility.
