Victory Landing Park Fender System and Bulkhead Repairs

Project Description
The project scope includes repairs to the fender system and bulkhead based on recommendations from the condition survey of the Victory Landing Park bulkhead and fendering system which was completed on October 12, 2022.  It is located along the James River in Victory Park at 50 26th Street in Newport News, VA. The bulkhead is constructed of steel sheet piles with a concrete cap with tiebacks. The fendering system is all timber pile/wale/chock construction.
