Project Description
This funding will allow for the review of traffic signal coordination, phasing and other timing settings accross the City.  This is a Citywide project. Specific intersections will be determined based on available funding and current requests from citizens and changes of traffic flow in areas of the City.

VDOT offered and City concurred to have VDOT perform the NEPA documentation which should meet the standards for OTPCE 05/19/2026
